The Purple One

‘The Purple One’ is 27cm wide, 17.5 deep and 10 cm tall (14cm to the top of the handle).

Whimsical and very different indeed, ‘The Purple One’ has a lift off lid with a very special handle, rather than being hinged.

The main body of the box is made from Oak burr veneer ‘layered’ over a purple dyed Maple veneer so that it can be seen through the natural holes in the Oak burr. All the black elements are made from Bog Oak, carbon dated to be 5,300 years old. A very precious material indeed!

The interior of the box is lined with a gorgeous purple suede … that is if you like purple!
