Coolibah burr bowl

Coolibah is an Australian icon.

The Coolibah (pronounced cool-a-bar) tree is widely distributed throughout Northern and Western Australia and produces some of the hardest and densest timber on earth. The burr timber is harder still and polishes to a deep luxuriant shine.

An absolutely gorgeous timber and a surprisingly heavy bowl.

This beautiful bowl is 23.5 cm in diameter and 9.5 cm tall.
